Exchanges are permitted in a Private Collection boutique. different from the one of the original purchase, only for items of value at least -equal to or greater than- the original item. The applicable rate is the current tariff applied in the boutique where the exchange/return is made, on the date of the exchange/return. The exchange/return is permitted. restrictively, on the presentation of the billing receipt or gift receipt. This right to exchange does not apply to personalized, made-to-order, or made-to-measure items. The authorized exchange/return period, in all our locations, is one month (30 days) from the purchase date. The item has to be in its original packaging (box. pouch, tags), in its new and unaltered condition. Items that show signs of wear or any marks are not eligible for exchanges/returns. Boutiques reserve all rights to inspect the condition of the item before processing and accepting any exchanges/returns. Boutique decisions on exchanges/returns are final.
Private Collection prohibits the reimbursement for any purchase made, passed a cash register closing, except via a credit note issue. There is consequently one case for which reimbursement is authorized: when the return is made on the same day of the purchase and in the same boutique, required in the same payment method as the one used in the original transaction.
- Credit notes
The term of validity of a credit note is six months from the date of issue and to the restrictive benefit of the client for whom. nominally. it was issued for. This right to credit note does not apply to personalized, made-to-order, or made-to-measure items.
- Personalized, made order or made-to-measure orders
The client has three days, from the order date, to retract or modify his order. Except if the order exceeds a total amount of 15000 AED for a lead time of six months, allowing a 50% deposit only, the full and in advance payment is required. The maximum retention period is further completion. for special orders, received in our boutiques, is one year, from the reception confirmation sent to the client.
