ONLINE ORDERS



Do I need an account to place an order?

You may complete your order without an account. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Store billing and shipping information for a faster checkout experience
  • Review your order details and history
  • Request an exchange or return directly from your account



Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

Depending on the status of your order, you may modify or cancel the initial order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY



How long will it take to deliver my package?

We offer two- to three-day delivery within the UAE. A same-day delivery option is also available within Dubai city limits. Please refer to our “Terms of Sales” for further details.



Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Private Collection can only ship to one location per order. If you wish to send to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE



Return and Exchange Policy

Items unused and in fully re-saleable condition with all accessories (dust bags, tags) and with the original packaging must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Accessories (sunglasses, scarf, shoumagh, ghutra, and such) must be returned in the same condition they arrived in, including all packaging and documents provided with them, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

All sandals must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted, we will then process your refund.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes or import duties are non-refundable.

Depending on your financial institution, a refund may take up to 14 business days for the credit to post to your account.
